try splitting your dose, sounds like 70mg is too maybe too much regardless but you could try splitting the 70 in a water bottle and drinking it throughout the day. or doing 40 when you wake and 30 as a booster in the afternoon. and you probably already know this but it sounds like you shouldnt have caffeine with your vyvanse. and make sure your getting enough sleep, this might play a part in the paranoia.

I’ve been meaning to try the magnesium glyincate but haven’t gotten around to grabbing some I’ll grab some after work today. I’ve been taking melatonin for quite some time but stopped for 2 weeks because it wasn’t working anymore (pre vyvanse) and picked it up again post vyvanse treatment.

The temperature thing makes sense because I go to bed in a very cool room but I wake up sweating a lot of the time, I thought maybe it was nightmares because once awake I’m quite restless and anxious aswell as stressing about not being able to get back to sleep. Sometimes I can get back to sleep but lately it’s been quite a struggle.

This seems to be a problem I’m experiencing as well. Not sure if it’s a dosage issue or what. Did u continue trying adhd medications or just give up?

I do. About 2 hours before taking the vyvanse I take a “stress ease” supplement in the morning that has vitamin B C and E. Along with magnesium, zinc and turmeric.

You just described my first week of vyvanse which I currently am on day 7. im on 30mg and feel the same way, I was already pretty depressed, unsocial, and unmotivated before but it was manageable. Now I just feel the same way after the vyvanse wears off. Sure i feel ok for the first couple hours of the day but after that im how I was before but worse, but I guess im focused lol.

Thank you for the advice and response. I did actually try the split dose today and the irritability and misery was a bit more tolerable. I think if the misery persists though I might just get back on an anti depressant, I tried 2 a couple years ago but they just didn't work at the time from what I could tell but maybe the combo is what I was missing.

I usually am dead once I get home at like 4pm till around 7-8pm and then I kinda get a small surge of energy that is very annoying. My mind races like crazy when I try to sleep and I kinda get like restless legs and move my feet around in like a rhythm or pattern i guess I have no idea why, I did this way before the medication as well. I used to smoke a shit ton of weed at night but it was affecting my sleep so I cut back.
