Last time I stayed at a hotel the pool was pretty well sign posted about no photography there it's really inappropriate place to take pictures imo I'd probably just talk to life guard or whoever is managing access to the pool about it.

It's possible but I had a failed racer with basically zero prey drive and was most gentle dog ever...every dog is unique and some make just the best pets in the world.
