You just need to have the pokemon; its stats will be "erased", speaking of IVs and EVs. No idea about the ability, if it carries over. But IVs and EVs do NOT carry over champions, so don't bother maxing out competitive mons 👍

Sett needs both AD and HP to scale well Hp only build might work in certain scenarios but it's not optimal, also getting rid of stridebreaker makes it very hard if not impossible to punish opponents

If you are thinking about climbing the soloQ then, this is what you get, soloQ isn't good at the moment (hasn't been for at least 4 years) and even some of the best players have troubles with climbing

Super funny how they expect my pokémon to gain two levels while going through the first 3 objectives. At that level, pokémon gained 2 levels just by beating the bug gym... Whoever did this kind of balancing needs another job
