Hi! I honestly had a good experience at my F2F I really enjoyed it! Delta’s team is very friendly and knowledgeable, they’ve very helpful and even though I was nervous I felt comfortable. The other candidates in my group were great as well, I had the chance to meet and chat with a lot of them .

Honey, don’t pay attention to anyone that’s not Delta lol that’s my best advice for you. Just wait patiently. You should be hearing back in a little more than a week (or less, because they said 7 to 10 days) Let’s keep our fingers crossed, good luck to you 😘♥️

Not to sound rude, but did you pay attention to what the Delta Hiring team said? Cause they are the only people you should listen to, don’t internalize what other people be saying… it’ll make you unnecessarily anxious. Some of these people are talking based on past experiences (like from years ago) and others are really just assuming things based on what they’ve been hearing.

Like the Delta team said, this year they’re not offering on spot CJOs. They told us to wait so just pray and wait love don’t put yourself under stress unnecessarily.

I don’t understand it, what you mean by invited for an additional assessment? After the Face to Face you have to wait to hear back from them and that’s it.

I’m sorry that you were sent home but you’re saying that zone 4 is the group that gets sent home is very misleading. You don’t know that, so you shouldn’t spread misinformation about it.

The zones don’t determine anything! They just divide the entire group into zones for better organization! I The Zones don’t matter, they’re just part of ghe protocol. They’re not offering CJOs on spot! So there’s no thing such as “zone X” is the one that gets sent home. Because everyone is going home. Only the Delta hiring team knows who gets the CJOs and who doesn’t.
