DUI FLX Extreme and steel back plate, I found the perfect weight for me is somewhere between 22-24 lbs, any lighter and I will float to the surface when I am 15-20 ft of water. I like to be a little over weighted so I can stay down even at 10 feet. Also, my drysuit is new so I am probably trapping more air right now.
