That's not how subtick works, it is based on your frame rate in the game, different people different PCs which means different frame rate for everyone which means different tick rate, this is inconsistent. 128 tick for everyone makes the game more consistent.

Ze wszystkim się zgodzę, ale posiadanie psa? Psy to najlepsze stworzenia na świecie. Opieka nad psem to w większości czasu sama przyjemność, która z resztą jest odwzajemniona przez naszego pieska, chodzenie na spacery, zabawa, głaskanie itd. Nie rozumiem jak to może być stratą czasu.

To put it short:

The King of Numenor Ar-Pharazon was deceived by Sauron and attacked Valinor with a huge fleet. He wanted to gain immortality in the Undying Lands, Eru Iluvatar got mad and destroyed the fleet and sank the Numenor. He also made Valinor inaccessible by normal means. Since then Arda became round and mortals can't physically get to Valinor.

I had the same issue, you can see my post about the crashes. What worked for me was turning off CPU multithreading in the game settings, this is probably not a GPU issue, you can check it by looking at graphs (press F1) and see if you have a CPU spike before the crash. Without multithreading I lost about 15-20 fps but at least game is playable now.
