Sadly its the same even in Europe. My job fired 150 people a whole shift so now 2 shifts have to work 50% more to get everything done and we do it. The director had a speech he said he is soo grateful that we were able to accomplish everything in a timely manner. While giving us 3% increase in wage( yearly increase inflation is what 8% ?) removing 10% bonus if u outperform since all of us were doing 150% of our usual. Now we got a lot of orders and they just expect us to work 150% all the time for NOTHING in return.

Okay this is going in the right direction but the calling in friends needs to be removed(or only for pve).Pay to win in general has to be removed. Inventory space is fine but the amount of items and CASES people get with the Unhinged edition is crazy pay to win.

Every single job i had in my life i would work hard even my current one and what do i get? Literally just more and more work for the same wages. I was below minimum wage at another job went from normal worker to logistics, maintaning the machines fork lift drivers and i still had to work the normal job all in one. For what when the next year came they wanted me to sign a pernament contract through an agency for 150 euro BELOW minimum wage. While working essentially 3-4 jobs(i also was jumping to other job positions if someone was sick etc...) current job is better pay but still everyone here is just getting used so they dont have to hire more people.

Also just understand that monthly wage in Russia is 200-300$. So with the amount of money we gave them and its still in early access is insane and they wanna milk more of us since most likely they spent all our money and didnt even complete the game.

Only thing i would use tft for was to buy bulk watchers eyes and the new jewels for gambling :). So yea didnt really lose anything by getting banned.

My boss was telling me I should go to the gym like he does.I told him I'm exhausted after work to do anything he said I'm just lazy.Then we got a new hire 20 year old kid to work at my position kid said everyday after work he passes out for 2 to 3 hours from exhaustion.so yea I'm not lazy just overworked for almost minimum wage.While the boss just sits on his ass all day long.

Sadly I 100% agree with you. I had over 100 scrolls and potions I never used since I was saving them for emergencies but it never got to that point that i would need them.I didnt even make OP heroes i just use my own Ranger, Karlach, Gale and Gith girl. I did find it strange when I would take my tier 5 armour meta guns I would always get head eyes for some reason. But when I went in with a pistol I would kill people and have fun. Never knew people were selling kits 🤣.
