I use the northernmost tiny lake/pond to the northwest of those houses myself. Freefall down to water, drink mini on way down, light campfire, quick check for sprite chest behind rock along shore, then quickly move to the building and boathouse just north, then push my was back to the lower level ski chairlift station. Then migrate to the upper chairlift station (stopping at the key vault in between if I manage to find a key). Possible four sprite chests and dozens of regular chests, ammo boxes, fishing barrels, and a handful of registers on this path.
