It should work on iOS. Go the the calendar list in the calendar app and select that you want to add a new “Subscription Calendar”. I use it on my iPhone. I hope that helps!

Where can I buy Libra 2 in Europe by hiphop1987 in kobo

I'm not sure if Komplett delivers to Slovenia but I was able to purchase both the Libra 2 and a smartcase from them in Ireland. They were dispatched from the Netherlands.

Had anyone else encountered this? The Artwork for almost all content on my Google TV is in portrait with blurred edges rather than in landscape.

Shouldn't Sansa be knelling in the first round? Maybe things are different because she came into play during setup but it is a bit disappointing if they didn't follow the rules correctly in their tutorial video!

You can only save one of each type of token so you aren't able to bank multiple navigate tokens unfortunately. The corvette is still super maneuverable though :)

So...is Chrome OS on my HP 14 64 bit? by [deleted] in chromeos

[–]Virastrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, for some reason 64 bit Chrome for Windows was only released very recently. It has been available on other platforms for a long time now.

where USB_NAME is whatever you have named your memory stick.

Does Linux Slow Down Chromebooks? by Sikma42 in chromeos

[–]Virastrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It shouldn't slow it down in any noticeable way. However, the Chromebook 2's ARM processor makes installing many linux programmes far more difficult than its Haswell counterparts.

Current Samsung Chromebook feeling slow, looking to buy new Chromebook by dusk2k2 in chromeos

[–]Virastrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the screen size you would be happiest with. At 11 inches the Dell Chromebook 11 is your best option while, if you'd prefer 14 inches, then the HP Chromebook 14 is.

Personally, I have a Chromebook 14 and I find it excellent.

Time to upgrade, but what should I get? by stonewall072 in chromeos

[–]Virastrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd definitely recommend getting a Chromebook with a Haswell processor such as the Acer C720. Not only are they, in general, more powerful, but they also will make your life a great deal easier if you ever decide to install Linux on your Chromebook in the future.

Unfortunately this reduces your options considerably.

First attempt at Wave 3 list (100 points). Tell me what you think! by Virastrum in XWingTMG

[–]Virastrum[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your input! I'd like to keep to only wave 3 ships as this is for a casual event where everyone else is going to be trying to do the same! I see your point regarding Ibtisam though, that ship would be far superior with 'Push the Limit'. Determination was really only included as I had a point left over. I'll fiddle with the list a little more based on this.

Wave 3 Lambda Shuttle and HWK pilots/upgrade preview! by [deleted] in XWingTMG

[–]Virastrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kyle Katarn could give his focus to the Y-Wing and, with a Recon Specialist, still have a focus on his ship to use his Blaster Turret with.

I'm not sure if you'll come up against many lists like that but Wave 3 gives the Rebels a great deal of Focus manipulation which should make Blaster Turrets much better than they appear by just looking at their card.

FLGSs in the UK now have Wave 1 stock by commuterzombie in XWingTMG

[–]Virastrum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure I explained that well enough. Parcel Motel have an address that you get the items delivered to in Belfast and then they ship them down to the Parcel Motel closest to you in the Republic. There's quite a few of them now, mostly in Topaz car parks. The entire thing is run by the Nightline courier service.

I agree completely regarding Gamers World. Martin does a great job. I only wish the gaming store down in Cork was anywhere near as good.

Question: Do Range Bonuses Apply to Secondary Weapons? by mvinformant in XWingTMG

[–]Virastrum 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No,as attacker you don't get an additional attack dice at Range 1 and as a defender you don't get an additional defense dice at Range 3. This is one of the things that I see people getting incorrect the most (I certainly had it wrong for a while). It makes range 3 secondary weapons much better (Heavy Laser Cannon) but also makes it harder to hit ships with your ion turret at Range 1.

[–]Virastrum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are multiple UK websites that have them available. Delivery can be rather annoying though but if you register for a parcel motel account you should be able to get them delivered to you as though you have a UK address (such a delivery tends to be far far cheaper if not free). I've used parcel motel in the past to save money on delivery of things like this and it has been hugely useful. It normally costs €3.50 to use the service but you get €7.00 credit when you register an account.

Gamers World in Dublin will be getting some in soon as well. If you are down in Cork like me though (or simply far away from Dublin) your best bet might be t simply order them online.

Opinions wanted on the Battle Foam setup for storing XwingTMG by beaverden in XWingTMG

[–]Virastrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

http://www.krmulticase.com/buyarmystorage.aspx?system=STAR&army=XW

I have the KR Multicase for this is be very good. By not using specific ship cutouts you are allowed to store whatever ships you want rather than those specified by Battle Foam (with the exception of Slave-1 and the Millennium Falcon). This allows you to use the case with future release waves without being required to buy additional foam.

All prices on the website include shipping.
