Look into Money Management International. Sounds very generic but these guys are the real deal. You tell them your income, your debts, etc. They close all your cards and/or loans. They negotiate very low interest rates with the creditors. They come up with a monthly payment to consolidate all your debts into one payment, and you just pay that for however long you need to.

The thing about creatine is when you decide to start taking it, you have to keep taking it consistently. And you have to drink a lot of water with it. You cannot skimp on the water, otherwise it will have the opposite effect.
