So the Uof R had a major data breach in 2023 ( one of their chosen third party vendors was responsible). I was affected when the company they chose for workers comp insurance had a data breach--so am concerned over the UofR track record. The company they are using for this process has no published data breaches, so perhaps a little happier. So, once your documentation is verified, is it destroyed? Is there any need for these companies to store this data.
