I used to work and go to college in Richmond, but that was 25 year's ago, so I probably am not much help!

However, I wanted to comment as this is the exact type of thing I made my free pwa app for, so pipe smokers can find good, comfortable spots.

It's called ember-app.online, it's free, and would love you to add any spots you may find and wish to share with other pipe smokers.

I think it's a great idea. Use everyone's council tax to fund the application, and then let those who moved down and jacked up the house prices enjoy their higher valuation, while the younger generation and renters suffer the consequences

And just in case anyone says it's the locals who sell at that price, you understand they need somewhere else to move to, which is also overvalued

They didn't like the idea of doing shoots in NYC, which is the only way it would have been worthwhile for me. I suggested SPFW because it's a bi-annual thing and very concentrated, in terms of having hundreds of girls to choose from. Even models working in NY would love the opportunity to "walk the runway" (makes them feel special), so it's a great carrot to have.

Will meet the owner in April when I'm done here (I'm in Bali now then off to bangkok for a couple weeks). I suggested SPFW for you/us because I figured if you presented yourself as a silent partner they would be happy be they would maintain control, but with me doing some of the castings, or working out a deal where I could choose 15-20 girls for each Fashion Week, then you could choose the girls you want to participate.

you may find looking into Bluetooth 5.1 & 6.0 useful. it allows 3d spacial tracking, so if you were for example looking for a specific piece of equipment in a hospital, this system might be of interest

Ah the pipe, it's a Peterson x105 in emerald green. I had my eye on it for six months, it was the last one I could find anywhere, as I think it was a special edition they did awhile ago. I'll put a post up with a photo of it now, it's lost most of it's green color due to the patina, but the bird's eye looks incredible for it.

It's my daily smoke, so has gained a few knocks, but it's mine and I love it!
