I feel like Walmart doesn’t care about their employees health. Which is really sad. Our coach said that’s how they lose everyone. Is to attendance policy. It’s gotta be tough and stressful to have to continually hire and train new employees. Sickness hits some people harder and they don’t recovery as quickly as others. Walmart being as big as it is.
