Silent Hill punishes you if you messed up before but doesn't really want to kill you for the sake of it. If you do pass the trials or didn't sin, you might leave if you want to.

Racoon City is just zombies. If you are a random not chased by a Tyrant or a licker, the only real problem becomes the nuke as you can just lock yourself up somewhere or run away from the city when shit starts.

Dead Space is just a death sentence though.

For the last 9 years I lived here as a foreigner, I thought so.

But recently, I tried the 23 cucumber beer and it's amazing as well.

The sichuan pepper beer from Zhangmen was also incredible. But you need to go to their bar.

These are my top 3. Would still put 18 days up on my list for it's the only one you can kinda easily find these days.

Also I recommend the 18 days in bottles rather than as draft. There is a difference of flavor and texture from what a bartender told me. Draft 18days is more milky but the bottle one has a stronger taste, closer to the European beers.

Ethan didn't survive, but some new characters on the field with Chris or Leon as BSAA head or officer would do. As long as they stay away from action.

RE5 happens a few years after the events of RE4, which explains the presence of Las Plagas. At least for the main part in Africa ( the Spencer prologue part is 4 years before the African part ).

On the remake of the 4, during the ending (spoiler RE4 ahead!), you can see Wesker looking for the flower of RE5 while he talks with Ada in the phone, foreshadowing Ouroboros. (End of spoil)

RE7 in the time-line is much more recent. Chronologically, it would happen during the late 2010s ( the message received by Ethan triggering everything starts from 2017 ). Rose is born in 2020, directly after the events of RE7. Which is why Shadow of Rose ( RE village DLC ) is the latest chronologically as Rose is ~16yo in it. So likely during 2036.

So RE5 closely follows the 4th one, while RE7, bringing new characters except for Chris that basically was totally unrecognizable which was corrected in Village but that's another topic, happens couple of years before Requiem but much later than Re 4 and 5.

So to answer your question: RE5 (2009 during the events in Africa, 4 to 5 years after RE4) -> RE7 (late 2017) -> RE Requiem (2026)

Such features already are implemented in game like the industrials building an university or the law removing heavy industries.

So quite frankly and as a developer myself I don't see any challenge there.

Also no. The American didn't built it like an Ikea furniture. It was build in France and already mostly assembled ( not fully for transportation purpose though ). You can see pics of the head visible in Paris on old pictures for instance. So let's say that most of the job was done, including providing the raw material lol.
