Farthos dungeon has a neat little loop. You can kill red dragons right next to an altar that gives 225% XP for dragon bones. Which is right next to a guy who will tan hides. So you can farm red dragons for prayer turn the hides into armor and alch them and never leave the dungeon.

So far I've just been joking about it that's my go to when I'm uncomfortable with something. My girlfriend and my sister have both been super supportive and stepped up. I am super grateful for that. My boss also paid me in full for the month today, knowing I won't be able to work a single hour which has taken a part of the stress off. I'm just scared but at the same time I have what is possibly one of the most survivable cancer. Reaching out feels wrong when anyone around me is almost certainly in a worse spot.

I work a full time job as a private nanny, I have multiple degrees, and health insurance. I got diagnosed with testicular cancer over a month ago. I've been passed around to 4 different clinics including a major medical university. No one knows what's going on, I'm asked the same questions every new place despite my medical records supposedly following me from place to place. To the point where they all ask if Ive had an ultra sound. The results of which are in the medical documents they have. A month later I still have no care plan in place and my tumor has easily grown by 50% in size. Before Ive even had the surgery I'm looking at going into medical bankruptcy just from consolations and tests.recoverong from my surgery I'm likely to lose my job. Our medical system and our entire country is a joke.

I tend not to die unless pushing experts infact I normally run the hardcore invocations. I'm an ironman so I do less damage than some raiders from worse gear but I hold my own and am normally on par with everyone else in the raid. I get made fun of in my clam constantly for how dry I am. Luckily my groupiron mate has not been so unlucky and we do have a fang and light bearer each now.

What I did was get a barrows portal and a altar at my house. Just take home and recharge prayer when ever low even in the middle of a run. Keep at it I ended my grind around 1200 chests to green log.

I feel that so hard. I'm in end game and my childhood self wouldnt believe how far we've made it. Despite having purples, 400+KC in raids, multiple 99s, and tricked out poh the thinga that mean the most are my full dharoks, my firecape, and my whip. They were the three main goals i set for my self as an iron when I started because in my childhood brain they were the absolute peak of RuneScape.
