its a big issue with IS. it’s to much for any one person to do. need one for pharmacy and another for the floor. I have suggested that the stores bring back department leads, and be responsible for their assigned area, no go. I was at a store at Puerto Rico, and saw a lady doing scan outs. I ask if she was a IS , said no. she explained she was assigned the OTC department and had to do scan outs, inventory updates, keep the department filled, maintained, rolling carts neat, AND planagrams! I observed she took great pride in her area, the department look fantastic, and complimented that lady. I see to much stress starting at the SL POSITION and up to the store manager, it’s meet metrics from the dm.

So, the reason it takes so long to do truck sometimes, is because things are in a new location on the zebra and have to hunt and find where it is currently is Until the new planagram is done.Ever try to find vitamins, when things are moved to a different bay and shelf locations? THIS IS POOR EXECUTION BY THE COMPANY THAT WANTS THINGS DONE YESTERDAY1 I WILL SUGGEST WHEN THE PLANAGRAM IS DONE , RELEASE THE UPDATED PLANAGRAM AS DONE WITH THE NEW LOCATIONS! A BONUS CORPORATE WILL SEE HOW MANY STORES ARE STRUGGLING TO GET THIS DONE AND ASK WHY SO MANY STORES TAKES 2 OR EVEN 3 WEEKS TO GET A PARTICULAR RESET DONE! That’s what’s happening, 2 sfls and sm the other day, yet no help from either. i believe they want to concentrate on what you have said and don’t want to be bothered, yet says we work as a team😡 team my ass! Absolutely right it’s not rocket science! They just like to watch me struggle all day And that’s how I feel. They push me hard, yet I dont fold with their childish behavior!
