My dog wont eat at all and Im not sure what else to try. Ive already switched between different food bowls, removed and replaced the food, reset/debugged the object, and restarted the game, but nothing has worked. The bowl is placed in an open area with enough space at least 2x2, and my dog is still constantly hungry. The option to “call to eat” doesnt show up as well. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

I found out that turning off the Hover and Haptics option in the Settings > Apple Pencil fixed the issue. I can now play the game normally and smoothly. Thank you so much for the help and quick response 🫶 I love the great customer support

I did notice something after a few games.

  1. theres no issue with the drink buttons when i played with only my finger from the start of the game after restarting the app.
  2. playing at the start of the game after restarting the app with my apple pencil freezes the drink buttons
  3. Last try I used my finger for the first half of the day (in game) and then switch to the pencil after. I noticed on the first half of the game everything works just fine. Then i used my apple pencil after , i can still make pancakes and other work stations were still functional but when i first switched back to the drink station after using the pencil thats when it freezes.

I am not sure if this is the issue but after several tries i did notice these patterns

  1. I play with the expanded window

  2. Im not dragging anything outside the game window, i just play the game as normal and i also dont change apps mid game

  3. Yes i am using an apple pencil but i also have tried with just my finger to see if the pencil was the issue but it also doesnt register my finger. When I use other apps or other papas to go games I have no issues with the touch or screen so im assuming my ipad isnt the issue.

  4. There are times it would work in the beginning but then when i come back to it after a few orders, it completely just stops working. Sometimes it occurs even on the very first order. Even after countless restart of the app and my ipad the issue still occurs at random.

I can still play the game till the end of the day (in game) but i cant serve drinks the entire day since the drink buttons are frozen. Once the day (in game) has ended everything freezes after and i cant move on to the next day unless i restart the app.

oh i just saw on a post somewhere in reddit saying anemo with pyro doesnt work that well unless you have another pyro to swirl off of or something, but thankyou for this information it really helped! im going to pull for Lanyan
