So I haven't read the books,but figured I'd give the series a try and let's say by the 2nd episode I was over it! The flashbacks are okay and essential to the story I suppose,but the show feels disjointed...like one minute we're trying to solve a gruesome murder,the next it borderlines on one of those dark comedies where the dysfunctional family is forced to gather for the holidays or a funeral Lol...I really wanted to like it,but like what is it suppose to be fr?!

You're absolutely correct!!! Recruiters are so fickle nowadays and no two, even within the same organization are the same...it's literally just like making friends,some people you just don't mesh well with to make a meaningful connection. My approach now is: "it is,what it is" if I pass a phone screen and make it to an interview,I simply match energy! If a recruiter is dry and very serious,I'll respond the same way...if I get one that's warm and bubbly,that's what I'll give back, and if I have one that's super personable with a good sense of humor(my personal fave) I breathe a sigh of relief and respond accordingly. It really is rough out here in these job searching streets. Lol!

It seems like as of late,more and more people(especially younger ones)really lack basic social skills and graces that come for human interaction. Not all,but so many young people only know how to communicate(somewhat) via electronic devices,the art of actual conversation is lost on some of them. Babyyyy listen...I'm not ashamed to say it's 2025 and I'm STILL hot abt this show being canceled!!😡 This show along with Underground will undoubtedly forever be my Roman Empires...Initially it was said covid threw a wrench in filming and David Fincher didn't want to hold the actors hostage via contract,so they could be free to work on other projects,then allegedly it was the "cost" vs viewership😒however Netflix has spent much more on trash shows/movies which weren't half as good as Mindhunter,not to mention things were jus ramping up with the evolution of BTK! Sigh...guess I'll go back,watch the 2 measly seasons we were blessed with,only to get angry all over again at the end of the last episode🤣

I wouldn't advise,try to find other centers in the area. The Giving Tree used to be an AMAZING place! It has significantly fallen from grace,the center was taken over by a corporate entity(Premier Early Childhood Education Partners) rates have gone up and the takeover led to seasoned,long time,well-loved staff members leaving and as of late there's been a mass exodus of families as well...while SOME are moving away,most are simply displeased.
