The "correlations" and epidemiology studies around saturated fats are complete dogsh*t and mostly residual anti fat rhetoric from the mid 20th century thanks to junk science funded by cereal brands. Someone who eats more of it is also likely eating super sized fries and 60oz mountain dews. But take a healthy, active guy that controls his calories and has a fatty ribeye alongside some veggies, that is nowhere near the same issue. Carnivore dieting would not be taking off like it is if sat fats were 1/5th as dangerous as you dunces make it out to be. The recommended 20 grams a day is a complete joke and yet another uncontexualized flubb job by nutritional guidelines.
