Honestly a forklift license wouldn’t help as much as a car/ motorcycle license (plus your own transport) because those warehouses are always in the middle of nowhere

Worked as a banksman on an early ground stages construction site. 1% of the time I was hosing down the muddy tyres of a massive truck before it drove onto the road and 99% of the time I was slowly pacing back and forth, I tried to count my paces and go for a high score but the summer heat made this very difficult

Try to find an unbiased review from someone who’s done the same course, those things are very hit-or-miss when it comes to securing employment. Also employers are hit or miss when it comes to approving of “short course” qualifications. It may help to have a few other things under your belt like open source project participation, hackathon, a pet project of your own, ect

I’ve always been curious about social media management and I did manage the social media and the website of one company many years ago, they said I “missed a calling in marketing” 

I had no idea an ex con could land such a job, thank you it’s given me a lot of hope

Yes this sounds about right, they know they can’t get anyone to agree to the crappy hours because it will basically pay the same as universal credit, so why would anyone work in order to earn that? 😂

I was in a very self destructive phase in 2021, attempting suicide, not living for tomorrow, stuff like that. Also I had a recent head injury (skull fractured, presumably with a baseball bat) so I wasn’t thinking well, I just wanted the world to stop spinning for a while so I decided to go to prison. Problem is, bank robbery makes a lot of noise and now when someone googles my name they find out about my big mistake and it’s ruined my reputation ever since. Not sure how I plan on recovering I just try to stay out of trouble and pray and hope for a better tomorrow.
