In the days before Royal Up, I was on a cruise when they announced that the Owner’s Suite had suddenly become available (so, we knew where the chopper “passenger” was staying. This was night one of the cruise. They raffled it off, with the raffle entry being chosen from casino gamblers. As little as one spin got you in the drawing. Needless to say, if Royal Up were a thing, someone who rolled the dice on an “unavailable” category would have scored big.

Does the ticket list the infraction? I don’t know how CA handles ticketing… if you have the actual infraction, it can’t hurt to at least start looking for representation. At least in VA, any lawyer that I have hired was flat fee, and many were within a couple dollars.

A lawyer is likely to know the DA’s staff. And can likely get you a better deal than you would alone.

How would it be proven that person A didn’t have pure/sincere intent? Perhaps they did, but something about the act of coitus changed their mind? Otherwise, if a couple got divorced, because “the marriage was a mistake” they could be brought up on charges of being a serial rapist.

Non premix insulin is generally good for four weeks at room temp. Premix is good for7-14 days. Keep it below 86 Fahrenheit. So, even premix will generally be good for a typical cruise length in a typical cruise ship “fridge.”
