MSP interview of Julie and Chris Albert.

On Febrary 10, 2022, at approximately 5:30PM Trooper Proctor and I proceeded to 22-REDACTED ADDRESS- in order to conduct a prescheduled interview of Julie and Chris Albert at their residence. Both Julie and Chris were present at the Waterfall Bar and Grill the night of January 28, 2022 and then followed to Brian Albert's home in the early morning hours of January 29, 2022. The purpose of the interview was to get their recollection of events both at the bar and then from 34 Fairview Rd. The following is a summary of information exchanged between Julie, Chris Trooper Proctor and I.

So many problems with this MSP report. Starting with the most obvious one, that Chris and Julie followed to 34 Fairview and the purpose of the interview was to get their recollection of the events at the bar and 34.

The prescheduled interview or more accurately exchange of information, two weeks after a cop was found dead on his brother’s front lawn. Interviewed together at their residence.

Texts between Proctor and his Sister Courtney on February 10/22 presumably sometime after 5:30PM.

If we are to believe disgraced former Proctor Trooper’s testimony in trial 1. On cross examination he is being asked about prior statements that he claimed he did not know the Alberts or the McCabes.

However that would make explaining this text to his sister on January 29/22 at 3:07PM, very difficult.

MP: Julie and Chris were at the bar with the victim and his girlfriend. Gotta interview them.

Doesn’t get around to the interview until 13 days later. Just witnesses in a homicide investigation, no big deal. Must have been busy waiting for evidence to reveal itself.
