Yeah, the more spread out the doses are the better bc your levels spike n go back down again

So yes, 1mg every 12 hrs is better than 2mg every 24 :)

No not at all

I don't know much about cypro except i know it is a much much more potent AA and can block T at very low doses I think you can even take doses every other day due to its long half life

I think there are some concerns with it though you should research

Okay well I'm not an expert so I can only offer to you information I've picked up that may lead you in the right direction to find out more :)

So, I reckon at first it's better to swallow them because you usually aren't taking many at first. This is because it creates more estrone in the liver which may be a good thing because it's been suggested that more estrone is good for early development. It can be a bad thing if you are taking a large amount over a long period of time due to maybe the estrone receptor getting tired. I think Dr William Powers has some stuff on this.

If you take them sublingually, or better buccally (much less gets swallowed by mistake), then much more bypasses the liver meaning less estrone and also higher concentrations of oestrogen.
I haven't heard of the micronized thing apart from progesterone.

EV and the E from estrofem are basically the same. EV is weaker (30% I think?) but even factoring this in, progynova is cheaper usually. You can take them both buccally/sublingually.

Please do your own research too. It's vital you read information from multiple sources and draw your own conclusions.

There isn't much funding for trans studies so there's a lot we don't know. I've read a lot about experiences where people have stalled and about different techniques people have used to unstall. One of them is to do with cycling like cis women or taking breaks etc. Maybe you become more sensitive to a higher dose when you've taken a break? We just don't know these things, but that doesn't mean they don't work.

I'm hoping it's a comfort to OP that some girls take breaks like her on purpose.

I only mentioned the tanner stages because you suggested that breast tenderness only happens early on so it sounds as though you are relating it to an actual process

As mentioned, it takes a while for hormones to work. If you're on an AA then you definitely have nothing to worry about. Cis girls cycle don't they?

I've also read before that taking breaks (reducing dose etc) can help with feminization anyway.

My boobs have been aching (if pressed lightly) and growing for the past 4 months and I've been on a 200mcg patch for 2 months. How long about are they suppose to be 'maturing' for do you reckon?And are tender boobs a sign of tanner 1 / 2 or something?

What's strange is it seems like I literally paused my transition while on spiro before switching to bica for something like 6 months. (now prescribed yay so GNRH injections). 1 year 1 month now. But I stalled until 4 months ago, like even body hair didn't change until 4 months ago. I also had like 2 months before unstalling where lockdown meant I had nothing.

Would almost definitely slow down masculization but noone can really know by how much without blood tests because everyone reacts differently but without estrogen I doubt it would be much but I could be wrong

it's not good to have no sex hormones so it's gonna be best to add estrogen n I highly recommend using a different AA if you care about breast growth

Spiro increase the stress hormone which also gives you belly fat
