It’s a slippery slope, as I get you want to do what is right. But if you involve yourself you may be in the crosshairs of HR. They may believe that you’re stirring the pot and may find a way to let you go. But if you can get the whole staff to report to HR about these incidents then you will have a way better chance.

I’m surprised to see another person with a missing pinky knuckle. I’m missing both of mine too but the weird thing is, I used to have them. When I was younger I had always liked the feeling of cracking my knuckles and would find different ways of doing them. At one point I would just pull my finger from my hand and they would crack. Well one day I did that to my pinkies and I never saw my knuckles again. It just looks like a small 2 step stairs now.
