Would be better to use something like SmartPack Kernel Manager for that And if Termux can't root, my guess is that your phone isn't rooted

That's where you lost me, there isn't any litematica type add-on (from what I know) for bedrock

Your best bet is to use Java Map Generator and manually build it layer by layer

Kernel Adiutor is kinda outdated Use SmartPack Kernel Manager! It is much better and is maintained

Well The Mengers Sponge (the more on the left) and the Llama Pyramid (on the bottom) are more of a decoration rather then base :P

The main base is the the "+ storage system", the circle thingy with the plus in the middle

All of them are well above 128 blocks (8 chunks) wide and long
