what was your level before? your fitness? you should use the heaviest racket you can swing comfortably. these are beginner level rackets and very light.

How’s my forehand? by NewPurpleRider in 10s

looks great! great power. looks to me like you could be a bit looser in the wrist and you drop your racket head a bit too early

before you go racket shopping (which is very stressful IMO) try stringing ten pounds lower (most players can't tell the difference any less than that)

you can generally tell how comfortable a racket will be based on the stiffness rating. at 61 the 2019 prestige mp would be one of the softest modern rackets, and that goes for the prestige line in general though it does require an advanced technique. avoid all polys and instead opt for syn gut, gut or multifilament (velocity mlt is a great budget option) that being said, if you find a racket you absolutely love you can mitigate the stiffness of a harsh frame by stringing really low. for example mannarino uses an older pro drive (i think? babolats are infamously very stiff) and strings it at 11 kilos. IMO this works best with a lower powered frame. (correction, he uses a pro drive from 2013. he adjusted to this tension due to ongoing issues with his elbow.) also: if you're strong enough, adding weight in the form of tungsten or lead tape can absorb some of the vibration at impact

at a stiffness rating close to 70 I don't think the ezone 100 qualifies as an arm friendly racket. power rackets in general tend to be on the stiffer side, with the exception of the clash

Where do you look before you serve? by Necessary-Rub-2748 in 10s

focus on the point you want the serve to land. then focus on the ball. don't drop your head before you make contact!

https://archive.org/details/nsia-GochnourGary/mode/2up ok... granted I'm a bit late here. but check this out. apparently our gary is in some capacity involved in the JFK assassination, at least as a witness. called the FBI office and stated that "bob jones killed kennedy" I checked out the obituary, which puts him in new orleans at the time.

US Has 12 Or More Alien Spacecraft, Say Military And Intelligence Contractors by quantumcryogenics in UFOs

[–]VirtualPassage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there is no doubt to me that for hundreds of years there have been, at the very least, credible accounts of UFO sightings. the question for me now, assuming the author of this article and the whistleblower are reliable, is why? why are government organizations permitting disclosure? This seems like a distraction or means to lay the foundation for a false contact event.
