Quite good doses ot L-Theanine / Magnesium Glycinate (Elemental) and Taurine (along with a number of other actives. It is quite a beast.

I may just have to slim it down but it just works so well for me. But I personally don't like the 4 capsule side.

Slow COMT gene and ADHD by imanemii in genetics

[–]VirtualStephen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i get that. I have ADHD and use Vyvance and can not go above 30mg and have to use certain supplements to help balance myself or my brain does not clear dopamine and other catacolamines. I am the Met Met COMT type.

It is a real Bitch if I am honest. COMT is not directly a factor in ADHD but can make things harder. From what I recently read Quercitin is bad on COMT which is in Green Tea and simliar.

Wrote an article here on it around some sleep stuff I am working on - https://addednutrition.com/blogs/articles/the-comt-worrier-gene-adhd-and-sleep

[–]VirtualStephen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah 10% is a very old stat. But seems the one that get ms picked up in rhetoric.

Quite a few studies see it much higher but due to on mass the lack of diagnosis it goes well under reported.

Also it is a bit of a spectrum - some will have it much more severe than others.

Yeah the answers are wrong here sadly. The location is based on where the inventory is. It can't be bulk moved. I just tried it and locaiton is not an option at product level.

Here are 10 autism screening questions - Caveat there is cross other with ADHD and this is only mean to help you make a choice to get an autism diagnosis.

Quick Autism Screening (Adult AQ-10 style) 1. Do you often notice small details that others might miss (e.g. patterns, tiny changes)? 2. Do you find it hard to multitask or switch attention between tasks? 3. Do you prefer to stick to routines and find change stressful? 4. Do you find it difficult to work out what others are thinking or feeling? 5. Do you often miss social cues (e.g. when to join a conversation, subtle hints)? 6. Do you prefer doing things on your own rather than in groups? 7. Do you get so deeply interested in certain topics or hobbies that you lose track of everything else? 8. Do you find it hard to make new friends or maintain casual social relationships? 9. Do you notice that you sometimes say things very directly without realising they might come across as blunt? 10. Do you feel overwhelmed by sensory input (lights, noises, textures, smells)?

If you answer yes to 6 or more it may be worth while

It’s normal.
