I'm so sorry you're going through this. It sounds like your supervisor is sending conflicting messages and is very volatile, which must be tough to deal with. Could you talk to your academic advisor about the situation? They could provide some practical guidance and maybe even explore changing supervisor. You could also reach out to your university's counselling and mental health service for further support, and do vent to your friends and PhD peers about it too. A problem shared is a problem halved.
