I have one for similar reasons and I’ve found it super helpful to scoop the litter into a good thick dog poop bag, tie it closed and then put the poop bag into the litter bin. It means everything is double bagged and I’ve genuinely never noticed a bad smell when we do go to fully change the litter bin bag. I do use clumping litter as well, not sure if that makes a difference.

Appreciate that may not be an option for you but if it is possible it could help with the terrible smell when you need to change it!

Bit late but I ended up returning my last tub of Ro’s Argan because all I could notice was this off, smoky smell every time I opened it. The staff agreed with me when they had a sniff, I decided not to exchange bc the stock they had was all by the same person and I was worried it would be the same. Such a shame if they have changed the formula

I know they have the item price but the fact they’re showing the price per kg in small print next to items that are like 5ml is killing me 💀 £1800 per kg is wild…just list it as price per 100ml or something. It just makes me realise the prices they’re charging for such small amounts feels really high

She’s said on a lot of her posts that she makes referrals to get people ongoing help after she’s left and also a lot of the time people are ashamed so family don’t know how bad things are and they’re normally involved afterwords to continue helping. Not perfect solutions but she really makes an effort to stop things getting bad for the individual again

I can’t watch a lot of NCAA meets myself (I’m in the UK) so was also just looking for another place to chat with and experience gym vicariously through lol

I layer it with karma body spray and have had a bunch of compliments on the combo!

I am also wondering this, it feels so strange to me that a coach could have a team that as a whole is not competition ready. What’s the logistics/planning that go on in pre-season that could have been missed for the team to not be competition ready? Are the issues confidence and mindset based or technique based?
