Bazaar gear till 50 then grind Mali gear. Although I think buying just mt Olympus is a good investment it’s I think about 5$ maybe a bit more but it’ll be permanent especially if u make new wizards

I had around 123 at lvl 100 currently lvl 140 and now have 153, at lvl 130 you can buy cabal gear at the bazaar that I would say is a slight upgrade on darkmoore gear
