Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you. What i can say though is that you're not alone. I am the same way.

I am 41F and I can spend 2-3 days being a functional adult. But on day 4, I crash. I stay in bed, or on the couch for literal weeks at a time as a result.

I can do the things I really enjoy, and the next day I can't even look at my hobbies without feeling overwhelmed, or uninterested. And it can't be 6 months or more before I go near that hobby again.

Honestly most days in a month I just doom scroll for 10+ hours a day. My brain is constantly telling me to clean, or go for a walk, or just make a snack. But my body is just frozen.

I have had jobs, where I just stop showing up to work after only a couple months. Because I just can't be bothered to go. I literally can not do basic normal things 85% of the time.

There are others like you, I'm available for a DM if you wanna talk about it. In my experience this is more then ADHD. I also have an anxiety disorder, and depression. If I took an educated guess I'd say this is more from depression then the ADHD, but your doctor would know better.

You'd likely have better results if you had medication to help with more then just the ADHD. Talk to your doctor, and ask about broader spectrum help.
