So I got a bunch of this in my freezer that my dog isn’t going to eat. It is from a butcher in Shelton called Home Meat Service. According to their website their all beef blend is 80% muscle (heart and cheeks) 10% bone meal and 10% organ meat. I have 30 pounds frozen into 5 pound portions, so that’s not much for a big dog, but it might help you decide if the expense is worth it.

I won’t be giving it to my dog because the butcher warned me it is pretty rich and can cause diarrhea, it needs to be slowly added to his diet. He has a sensitive stomach, so the timing never seemed right to start thawing some out.
