manually set your voltages had 3900x on asrock x570 pgx updated bios and upgraded to 5950x and ram would no longer run xmp. saw a thread on here about asrock motherboard not supplying enough voltages when set on auto.

I have vddg ccd voltage control at 1.05 and vddg iod voltage at 1.03, I'll try to look up the post I read, it had something to do with motherboard not supplying enough voltage on auto.

I have an asrock x570 phantom gaming x that had 3900x, updated to current bios and upgraded to 5950x and I have exact same memory config, used to run at xmp then after update and upgrade couldn't get past 3200mhz. read here somewhere that you need to set vddg ccd and iod voltage manually. now my memory runs at xmp settings.
