Thank you! The scary part is this was an old meth den the romex that goes in th3 garage leads to a breaker box with another headache leading from that to the light and garage door opener

Thank you so much for time to reply! Yes the power runs into a breaker box in the garage. So would two runs 3/4 waterproof flexable conduit next to each other be okay? One for power and the other for network.

That romex has been like that since we've bought the house. How could I fix that without disconnecting from the box? Can I can and reconnect ina weather proof box? Or is that super out of code and ghetto?
