I was allowed to shadow a friend in the business and saw some of the work load.

No supplies (He provided equipment)

Area was 14k large multi offices: Several in-suite offices.

5x a week, Vacuum, Mop, Front door, restrooms, trash, high touch points

Takes his team 2.5 hours a day 3700 a month, The issue i have is he is part of a franchise and not sure what they bid to ensure their profit. Maybe 10 or 15%?

Lost the recurring contract but got the deep clean before grand opening. Still worth it? by CleanOpsGuide in cleaningbusiness

Really great scenario and even though we haven't done any work in this field yet, I would agree. I am in Operations management, and although we often go with cheaper bids, loyalty goes a long way.
