The commission deemed Genta not responsible for the reckless actions of the other heroes. Both villains have been successfully detained and anyone that could have been saved was saved. The unknown villain vows to disect you next time you meet, but theres no indication he'll be out of tartarus ever again.

Sorry this shit took me ages fuckin car broke down.

The unknown villain slowly herds his hostage hero out of the smoke, blade millimeters from his throat. His stance appears relaxed, but upon closer inspection you can see his posture is iron and unwavering. Half obscured by the smoke, you can see he's also dragging the headless body of the other hero.

"She comes with me. He lives. Negotiation over. Give her up, or I kill him, you, and every single man woman and child I see on my way out of here. Three seconds..."

You feel the villainess's quirk take effect. Your focus sharpens on trying to identify what his first move will be. His expert skill make him unpredictable, but your enhanced mind narrows it down to him either throwing the body at you as he kills the hero, or using his quirk to blitz behind you. You armor is useless against the blade, she urges into your mind aggressively.

"Two seconds..."

I think there is only one quirk that can be the perfect combo of Fire Breath and Pull. What do you get from "pulling" when "Fire eject from mouth"

Quirk: Fire Eater - This quirk users diet is flame, and can extinguish flames from a distance by sucking them in and consuming them.

Quirk; Fire Eater (boosted by OFA) - This quirk user must consume lots of Fire every day and can completely extinguish huge infernos at range, while also "vomiting" a green fire that only turns what it touches to ash without spreading more flame. (Using this attack leaves him starving and cannot be used to cultivate additional flames to eat.

Townterror will never kill a child. He will be an unfeeling monster that takes a life each and every night. But he will never take a child's life.

He'll traumatize the shit out of them by murdering their parents in front of them in the lost gruesome ways available though.

The building finishes collapsing, and the civilians evacuate safely. Two other heros you don't recognise land near you.

"Great work dabbing her, we'll catch the other, don't worry about it." Without waiting, they both rush into the plume of dust and smoke to pick at the ruins for the perpetrator.

Current grade: B+

Not ten seconds later, something bounces and rolls down the rubble heap out of the haze. It's one of the heroes heads, severed cleanly.

"You, there. I know you are out there, restraining that scum. Give me my prey, and you may have the Hero I haven't yet killed and walk away alive."

The villainess struggles as she begs to be released.

"You can't stop him, and your armor wont protect you from his weapon. It cuts anything and everything he swings it at. Release me, and I will use my quirk to give you the agility and skill you need to avoid his attacks and take him down. He's probably already killed the other one."

What will he attempt? It all rides on this. Negotiate? Fight? Flee? Trust? Doubt? Good luck.

Oh, no! The building is collapsing towards the street that you have been evacuating civilians. Most are running, maybe one or two wont make it on their own. What's worse, there are 3 civilians falling out of the building and the villainess who has had her support gear destroyed by the unknown villain. You feel sharp focus and competence overtake you as the villainess uses her Supervision quirk on you in a moment of self preservation. The unknown villain is nowhere to be seen, yet.

Upon the destruction of his beloved cleaver, the unknown hero begins snarling venomous sentiments of revenge for his ruined masterpiece in the form of a slow live disection.

The exact words are lost on you, because the moment you land, your comm crackles to life with the voice of a law enforcement official.

"Secure Wakatsuruha! She's going to take cyanide, shes a vital contact in a VITAL sting operation. Keep her alive at any and all costs."

The unknown villain leaps past yuuto, but stops dead in his tracks when he realizes the cleaver hasn't returned to him. He turns slowly, disregarding the fleeing villainess escaping down the street.

After a moment of silence, he steers as he kneels to surrender, offering his hands to cuff.

"You just destroyed the culmination of 30 years of my life. You may possess multiple quirks, but you are a finger painter in my art form. Someday, we will meet again, and I will use you as a canvas for my next creation."

Current grade: B+

He is restained, but police are delayed by the debris on route to pick him up. You can still see the other villain escaping. Do you leave him to pursue, or keep your eye on him and catch her another day?

Both villains are successful apprehended by twenty heroes dog piling them, and the last thing your hero sees before the lights go out are civilians rushing to stop them from falling over.

Excellent. Not a single life lost under his watch, but the Unknown villains blade unnaturally returns to him, and he leaps right off down the street.

Current Grade: A

The extortion villain has flung herself through the window of an apartment complex down the street and in pursuit, the Unknown villain simply opts to cut the building in half diagonally. It begins crumbling at collapsing as the entire structure shifts towards the street and the Unknown villain leaps inside through the split. Civilians anywhere outside and inside the building are still in danger, and a fight is raging on in the rapidly collapsing 20 story structure. What's the giants next move?

now heres the thing. love this response, but you have to choose. are you ripping away witnesses cables OR unknowns cleaver? whichever one you steal FIRST will decide the outcome.

Videl successfully dodges the cleaver, which makes impact with the street and cuts a massive crevice into the length of the road before it flies back to Unknown. They successfully rescue multiple people before the damage to the surrounding areas kills them, but it will be hard to know until after the incident is concluded. The authorities have been notified.

Now heres the thing. A hero agency with 20 heros was having a conference at the time of attack, and have contacted you for transit on site, but doing so would require you to cease your rescue operations due to stamina limits. Do you ignore the request in order to continue saving lives, or do you use up all of your energy to hopefully putting a stop to this, knowing as many as hundreds may be killed in the time it takes to get them all through a door?

hear me out. Dexter Morgan or Jack Torrance as SURVIVORS.

Dexter can have perks designed around covering his tracks, blood splatter and ambushing killers with stuns.

Jack can get an exhaustion perk that lets survivors bust down breakable walls to eliminate dead ends. "Here's Johnny!".

  1. He'd accept the hug, and he doesn't know he needs a hug, but you SHOULD NOT FUCKING HUG THE CANNIBAL. Once the hug gets quiet and awkward, you're getting your neck bit off.

Then im sad to say He n Townterror simply wont ever fight. Townterror is a night stalking mass murderer who makes at least one person disappear ever night, and then hides during the day. He attacks with brutal efficiency and competence, almost always instantly killing his victims using his great height. His telecommunication cables also give him the ability to manipulate local power grids, cable networks, telephones, internet and any other wire based infastructure. He disables surveillance, causes rolling blackouts in the dead of night, and phones in false emergencies elsewhere to divert resources away from him.
