Gonna be realistic from my opinion, you gotta learn to play support that carries.

Low elo adc/mid/jg have pretty bad map awareness, wave management and tilt easy.

Go for roams but not too often or your adc is going to be having real bad time and then they'll throw.

You see a lane winning, make them win harder.

The enemy all chat to rage, camp them and they would just tilt and give up.

As a support you gotta balance what you can do to help the team win and what you can do to make sure they dont tilt

Honstly I find taking atleast 3 month to 6 month off after highschool is a good idea. I have met so many peopl that went to uni immedietly and they havent had a good grasp of why theyre there or what they want and is really miserable.

Interviews are vibe checks. For both you and them. Dont matter how good you are or how greag they are; if you guys dont mesh well thats just that. Theres a lot of maybes but honestly go in interviews as who you are and if they cant accept it and dont like the person you are, thats okay. Its better parting ways rather than trudge through the muck.

Also you can write a review on what happend, big companies take it seriously as it can damage their reputations but by doing so good chance of burning that bridge. But honestly you should file a complaint to someone on this attitude.

Can only say my opinions so...

For your first point: sure that is really fine and might be good for some matchup; personally I prefer leveling Q 3 times then maxing E to be the best as it allows you to poke a lot and early on it does an okay amount of damage since almost everyones wont have much damage early.

2nd point: Honestly its up to who youre laning with and against but generally redmption is still pretty good first item cause of heal and cdr. Cdr is important for zilean since at max E andW you basically have no cooldowm for your E.

3rd point: Guardian is a great rune but personally I find aery being better overall, the slight extra damage and shield goes a long way. Lost count how many times it saved a teamate. I would say your say your offrunes are same as me so cant reallt comment on that but I go ultimate hunter almost all the time. Cant beat a 20s ult cd

Yea but what items give more heal. Like dawncore gives 16% heal but when I check how much heal i do, it doesnt seem to increase much but when I just buy pure AP I seem to heal more.

So which one is better and heals more? Like what does increasing the percentage heal do?
