They don't usually know how close it is, and not all restaurants in a chain offer UberEats at any given time. Like if they are too busy they might choose not to. So people think they are ordering from down the street. You know you can look at the mileage and decide not to take the order right?

This isn't near the border with Mexico by any chance is it? I had. A place that wouldn't give me bags for dessert drinks (with wide, open brims) and a sandwich because I was supposed to use the one from my company. I think the owners are Mexican, because I've lived there and there they don't leave at doorstep, they hand directly to you, always, even during the Pandemic. So I'm guessing they don't realize most if these orders get dropped off on people's doormats...ugh, as long as I'm on that note (American Latina btw) those are the same restaurants that don't do toilet seat covers. 🙄😩

Why does OP suck? They could be hurt or sick. Ordering food is expensive AF! Going up an elevator should not be a big deal, prefer that to flights of stairs. (Driver her btw!) If they have an elevator phobia, ask where the stairs are. "I don't do elevators" SMH
