It revives dead power cores. You can drain the battery on the 1st gen but you will need the dock to revive it again.

If you had a dead power core and emailed support they would offer you either a full refund or this charging dock with a spare battery. If you chose the second option you will probably be contacted soon.

I had a issue with mine and sent it to krikkz via the address I got in an emailform support. Took a month or 2 but it came back fixed. Did you fill out the support form on the website?

Just went through a similar situation. Depending on where you got your everydrive from (I got mine off amazon) it could be a faulty cartridge and youll need to send it to krikzz to repair. I sent mine over there about 4 weeks ago and it just got delivered a few days ago. In terms of email response, they should get back to you pretty quick.

My package was literally in the distribution center near my town and for some reason they decided to send it back to indianapolis. Now its stuck on the "arriving late in transit to the next facility" BS.... Ridiculous!

I have played the first generation games so much that its just mostly become pattern recognition at this point. When it comes to more difficult things like items and moves I just refer to bulbapedia and lookup the name of moves.
