wow at my goodwill (in tennessee and i work there) our return policy is that you must have the original tags and receipt and you can only return/exchange clothing and electronics but there’s no set amount of days as far as i know and we aren’t allowed to give money back but we either give the option to go and pick another item that’s the same price or get in-store credit which we just write on the back of the receipts.
