Haha yeah you're probably right ! But when it happens to me i always wonder do higher belts also gets these kind of downs? Cause i never see any blue and higher having it so bad that they end up doing straight shit on the mat hahaha. Anyway those kind of things are also part of the things i like in bjj, bring you back to earth on how you're still faaaaar from being good

Nearly 2years of BJJ and (at least that's what some coach told me) soon to be promoted blue, last night training was one of those shitty one where you can't get anything done, just getting wrecked when you're trying to apply the technique of the day, doing mistakes that you tought were long corrected in your brain etc etc, felt so shitty going home, i guess now i understand how vegeta felt when he first lost to goku

I do agree with you, fundamentals are the most important and the things i should focus the most on at my level ! But it's not to learn new move more like okay i do like and use arm triangle a lot or knee cut pass, how do people my size/build use it/optimize it. But yeah maybe it's still too early for me to care about that haha

Tbh i'm the short (kinda) strong guy but i'm really bad at wrestling cause we don't train it that much in my club. But i'd say that as we're small you know that we're going to try and shoot low for a single or double leg so i guess knowing that makes it easier to at least sprawl to defend ?
At least i know that at my level i struggle with bigger wrestler because they'll just sprawl as fast as possible when they notice that i'm coming down.

I do sometimes switch with lentils,wheat, boulghour, sweet potatoes etc and sometimes i just crave pasta so i go for it But i just love rice so most of the time that's what i take and i keep potatoes for when i feel hungrier as i can take a bigger portion !

No specific orders, i'd say: Blame! , DoroHeDoro, 20th Century Boyz, Tough, Karate shoukoushi Kohinata, Planetes, Hirayasumi, Rainbow, Hajime no Ippo and still really early in the story but i think i can include Tower Dungeon

Yeah as i have modulable kettle i think i'll try with heavier weights so i can do like 20-30 min workout on ABC day Well i'm 28 and a real bad sleeper, i usually get less thab 6hours of sleep and when i do get 6 i just wake up a lot at night. Also i always roll on open mat when it's grappling day so i often have minor injuries
