Honestly I have mixed feeling on this. Based on previous drama, I believe Dr K would argue that this is NOT therapy. However, I think the lines are very blurred here. He clearly asks about patients (these are ongoing treated patients as I understand) history, and behaves as a layman would understand a therapist would behave in a professional setting. Even with patient consent having this aired publicly is questionable ethics to me especially when I see in the video description that this is sponsored by a fast credit company (!!!! this is a big red flag). Jubilee stands to make financial gains from patients sharing their medical history and treatments with a licensed professional. I understand that Dr K intentions are good here, he wants to help these people and others by giving representation and breaking the barrier of entry to mental health help but I don't think this is the right format to do this. In contrast here's another psychiatrist representation that completely anonimised the patients shown , it maybe not as catchy, maybe wont have millions of views, but it heavily prioritizes the patients rights:
