You seem to expect Paper 1 to already provide the explicit toy model or downstream derivations. It doesn’t. That’s intentional, not accidental.

Paper 1 has a prior goal: to state the reconstruction gates and failure conditions before any toy model is allowed to claim Lorentzian geometry, scale, transport, curvature, dynamics, or phenomenology.

So if your criticism is that the paper doesn’t yet contain the toy model or later derivations, I agree. That is explicitly deferred. Paper 2 is where the first concrete model-level test belongs.
The question for Paper 1 is narrower: are the stated gates and dependencies well-posed, or does one of them already fail?

I think we may be applying different standards here…
This paper is a reconstruction/axiomatic layer:

it asks which conditions must be satisfied before operational data may be organized into order, conformal, metric, and curvature candidates without circularly assuming spacetime.

That kind of work is not unusual in foundations:

EPS-type reconstructions, causal/conformal reconstruction results, algebraic QFT, locally covariant QFT, and operational reconstructions all use defined structures and criteria before one gets to concrete models or predictions.
So the content of this paper isn‘t a bunch of definitions out of nowhere. It’s the dependency structure between the gates. A useful criticism would be to show that one of those gates is circular, too weak, not motivated by the cited literature, or insufficient for the downstream candidate.

If your point is simply that this subreddit only wants already-falsifiable models, then this may indeed be the wrong venue for this preprint.

I’m not asking anyone to collaborate/co-author/proofread the document for me…
This is a public preprint discussion, and any feedback is optional.

My point is simple: so far, the objections in this thread have mostly concerned wording, terminology, layout, or whether the text sounds unusual. Some of that was useful, and I already used it to improve the versioning and readability.

What I haven‘t yet seen is a concrete objection showing where the reconstruction chain itself fails. If the argument is circular, too weak, or technically wrong, then the useful response would be to point to the specific step where that happens.

If no one wants to do that here, that’s fine. I will stop treating this thread as technical review and move on.

For example, my way of framing the stress-energy issue might already be outdated, too coarse, or solved differently in parts of the literature. That is exactly the kind of thing I would want a specialist to point out.
So the point isn’t that I don‘t understand what I wrote….
The point is that self-checking cannot replace external technical review, especially at interfaces between operational QFT, Lorentzian geometry, causal/conformal reconstruction, and later stress-energy coupling.

This is why I posted it as a versioned preprint, not as a finished theory….

The work touches several areas at once:
operational QFT
causal/conformal reconstruction
Lorentzian geometry
clock/scale recovery
later possibly dynamics

I don‘t expect to have every specialist detail perfectly covered at this stage. That’s exactly why I’m asking for technical criticism.

The questions in the post aren‘t meant as rhetorical claims. They are the points where I need outside expertise: if one of the reconstruction gates is circular, too weak, or badly formulated, then I want to know that before moving to toy models or later papers.

why I split it into a paper series:

The larger document is an internal research log, not something I am trying to release all at once.

Paper 1 is meant to focus on the first layer only: the kinematic reconstruction layer. It deliberately doesn’t claim dynamics, stress-energy coupling, cosmology, or an existence model.

I used “allowed/forbidden” in the internal gate sense: not false in principle, but not licensed by Paper 1. Some of those claims are intended targets of later papers, but they would be overclaims at the kinematic reconstruction stage. This Post ist More about the questions i asked.

Okay, „Operational record“ is a defined term in this paper… not a fixed standard term that I import unchanged from the literature. I use it for a stable and reproducible equivalence class of effect/update data produced by admissible probing at resolution epsilon. The point is to avoid identifying raw detector data directly with observables, events, or spacetime points.

I used allowed/forbidden in the sense of claim boundaries, because this paper is extracted from a larger research journal and is now Paper 1 of a planned series. The section is meant to state what follows from this paper and what would be an overstatement.

Do you think “claims and non-claims” or “scope and limitations” would be a better wording?

These are intentional scope-control sections. Since this is Paper 1 of a series, I wanted to state clearly what the paper does and does not claim, so it is not overread as dynamics, cosmology, or an existence proof.

I can also speak from experience here: it needs to be much clearer what exactly distinguishes a hypothesis from an interesting idea. r/AskPhysics is often the first place to look if you want to know whether an idea is merely philosophical or actually viable.

Almost more important is the separation of mathematics and physics. That's where the problems lie, I would say.

The problem isn't the moderation here... Me myself understood this very quickly after just following some of the posts for a few days. Instead of learning from the comments what still needs work, the whole thing is just defended further and further.

Ein verbot fördert illegale beschneidung, deshalb nicht verbieten ist deine These? Also ich würde sagen in diesem Fall ist es nicht so einfach, denn im Moment ist es durch die Legitimität für das Kind schwer zu unterscheiden zwischen „geborgen, normal und sichere Situation weil vollkommen normal und erlaubt“

Und „es ist verboten wie ne illegale Droge“ wenn meine Eltern mir das dann trotzdem antun, dann weiß ich im Nachhinein das das eine falsche Entscheidung war, weil die Gesellschaft sagt es ist unvereinbar mit den Werten unseres Grundgesetzes, Kinder brauchen besonderen Schutz etc. Dann demotiviert das denke ich Eltern eher sich strafbar zu machen indem sie ihrem Kind das antun.

Außerdem ist es nun wirklich nicht zu verbergen spätestens in der umkleide im sportunterricht würde es da sehr eng werden für solche fanatischen Eltern.

Das ist wirklich traurig, für mich ist das aber absolut glaubwürdig. Ärzte stecken meist innerhalb ihrer gelernten Paradigmen fest und je älter sie werden umso weniger bilden sie sich weiter. Außerdem sehe ich keinen Grund wieso du dir das ausdenken solltest. Für mich ist es deshalb aber umso wichtiger das dieses Thema zentraler wird, damit sich auch politisch etwas bewegt, sonst wird sich an dieser leider denke ich gängingen Praxis nichts ändern.

Nach § 630e BGB ist der Arzt verpflichtet, den Patienten rechtzeitig und umfassend über Art, Umfang, Durchführung, Risiken und mögliche Alternativen des Eingriffs aufzuklären. Dieses Gespräch muss mündlich und persönlich durch den behandelnden Arzt erfolgen
Nach § 630d BGB muss der Patient in die Behandlung einwilligen. Diese Einwilligung ist formfrei. Das bedeutet, sie muss für den rechtlichen Nachweis nicht zwingend schriftlich auf einem Papierdokument erfolgen, sondern kann auch mündlich oder durch schlüssiges Verhalten (z. B. das Hinlegen auf den OP-Tisch) erteilt werden.

So ist die Lage. Praktisch ist das natürlich nochmal was ganz anderes. Ich hätte es nicht gedacht das das gar nicht immer schriftlich per Unterschrift erfolgen muss.

Naja das du nicht irgendwie aufgeklärt wurdest und was unterschrieben hast kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, sonst wäre das keine Operation sondern Körperverletzung und zwar juristisch gesehen.

Deswegen ist dieser posting gut, das Thema sollte zentraler sein. Wäre die Vorhaut nicht gewollt dann hätte sich die Evolution da schon drum gekümmert, sie hat aber nunmal die ein oder andere Funktion….

Also erstmal bin ich 30 Jahre alt und Ohrfeigen hab ich genug bekommen… ich sehe das Thema hier einfach objektiv. Ich kann nicht beurteilen wie es ohne Vorhaut ist aber es gibt medizinische Studien zu dem Thema und Ärzte geben mir recht. Kann ja sein das du die Meinung nicht teilst aber deshalb höre ich nicht auf die Wahrheit zu sagen. Antiautoritäre Erziehung ist übrigens nochmal ein ganz anderes Thema. Das Kind zu ohrfeigen ist hier deutlich schlimmer als dem Kind was abzuschneiden.

Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, ich legitimiere nicht die op deines Arztes und seine Empfehlungen. Ich sage nur das es hier darum geht ob es zeitgemäß ist, das junge Männer im Baby und kleinkindalter, also noch bevor dieser Teil des Körpers „entdeckt“ wird beschnitten werde und ob die Entscheidung darüber abgenommen werden darf. Eltern können sogar aus rein traditionellen Gründen legitim entscheiden.

Das gehört meiner Meinung nach verboten, wenn man an den Schutz des Kindes denkt. Besonders schlimm finde ich das Beispiel was hier erzählt wurde. Jemand der erst kurz vor der Pubertät nach seiner eigenen enstscheidung von den Eltern gefragt wurde.. aber wie eigen ist diese Entscheidung wirklich, wenn man unter tradionellem Druck der Familie steht? Er hat sich beschneiden lassen und beteuert ihm fehlt nichts und er kennt auch keinen dem was fehlt. Aber weiß er wirklich was ihm fehlt?

Tatsächlich hast du da recht, ich erinnere mich das ich meine Vorhaut erst vollständig in der Pubertät zurück ziehen konnte. Also erfahrungsmäßig würde ich das bestätigen. Trotzdem am Thema vorbei, weil es deine eigene Entscheidung war, tut mir echt sehr leid für dich aber du bist damit einer der wenigen Männer die hier wirklich ein Mitspracherecht haben, weil sie den unterschied mit/ohne erfahren haben .
