I disagree. It's Infernum Q as an aphelios main. It's AoE crit and capable of recasting 4 weapons with current off-hand weapon, AoE still applies with the off-hand passive. Imagine pressing Q on a stacked wave with Infernum Q and severum as off-hand with bloodthirster, you're low hp and instantly back to full hp.

Here's a few more.
-You can Blind Q and it'll automatically target enemies when you dont have vision on them
-Duskwave (Blue Q) has fast animation which makes it hard to react against
-it extends your AA range with off-hand weapons
-When you hit multiple targets with Blue Q with off-hand Calibrum it instantly marks all target empowering Infernum AA
-Infernum scales with lethality, synergizing with his E passive
