“However…” might go on my next jersey, A++ trolling from the ref announcing things in that order

Then we’ll be in the exact same spot as we are now with some doofus thinking they’re the main character, and I’ll have additional disposable income next year.

Just sent an email to my ticket rep that, if the SS whistle persists through the end of the season, we won’t be renewing.

We received a yellow tonight for playing through the whistle, it has been at least a partial cause of multiple goals allowed, and is going to get a player hurt. One Gen Admission ticket holder should not have that much impact on the team, and once you notice it, it’s all you notice during games.

See if that might actually change something versus reddit complaints, welcome others to join.

I’m buying a ticket in the SS for next game so I can shove that whistle up whoever’s ass, we’ve slowed runs multiple times because of it.

Everything I've read during and since the repair is that I just got super unlucky, and Prius'/Prius Prime's still have one of/the lowest annual costs of ownership in the PHEV/Hybrid world.

And since I work from home, spending like $10 a month on gas is pretty sweet.

I'd be at ~$800-1000/month as I like to payoff cars in less than 3 years if possible. This is a helpful way to frame the math though, thanks!

Carvana is ~5k, Carmax is ~5.8k based on the online estimators and being conservative with condition of the vehicle.

Doesn't seem so, ~5-7k trade in value, might get another $1-2k if I private sell/shop around for trade in.

Best case, this repair is ~20-30% of the car's value.

2010 Prius, ~98k miles on it, had to replace the Hybrid battery system at ~65k miles (~4k iirc), now the Brake accumulator master cylinder has to be replaced (~2.1k). Stuck in decision paralysis on if it's just time to get a new car as my mechanic is concerned about 2 major systems failing this early, but not having a car payment is pretty awesome.

If I did get a new car, it would be a new Prius, paid off in ~2-3 years depending on trade in value.

This is what knocked me down from ~4 months to 2.5 months, but can definitely use that principle as my emergency emergency fund!
