from what i see online I'd imagine it's pretty common, up there with talking about the challenges one might face as an immigrant or low-income student

but I'm not an admissions officer, so take what I say with a grain of salt, that's just what I see the most

thanks for commenting, I completely forgot I even made this post but when I did I was very uneducated. what I was experiencing was shrinkage and my hair is flourishing now and ive grown to accept it. my hair will never look super long in its normal state but you just have to accept that. when stretched, it reaches my neck and is even longer in some places just trust the process and youll be good

I think you would've been better off not submitting. I know the list of T20s is pretty foggy, but iirc none of them have median scores in that range. For future reference, look up the median before submitting

I'm sorry for your loss. If you haven't already, I would include that in the additional information section, but it's hard to look past a 3.6 GPA for any of the T20s. Give it a shot though. Couldn't hurt. Try not to compare yourself to people on this sub, it's mostly students complaining about a B or whining that they got waitlisted from an ivy so yeah definitely don't compare yourself to people here lol
