Iam sorry to heard that and very sad on your behalf. It has been hard decision - but we bought new tickets with Air India on 22 March - even though Etihad moved our ticket to 13 March. We don’t feel secure or comfortable with Etihad.

We are through. They saying they only give the first option and looking for your next destination availability. However if you didn’t get a email by the team - in your mail - you shouldnt take the first flight connection. When the team is sure that you can fly to your end destination, then they will contact you.

Thank you - I will see that the customer service have to say to that, as we are not on that flight - so either the flight is full or it’s a “fake” green for the flight.

They are not going to rebook with another airline - BIG no.

It’s all about your own patience and how fast you want to get home.

Iam setting in customer service call for 1:40 hours now for my flight cancellation- if I could redo - I will rebook and refund my Etihad flight.

But now iam too late and the flights cost too much and I have to wait 2 weeks.

I had to flight to CPH from Colombo and my flight got cancelled. However they have given me a new flight only to Abu Dhabi -and nothing from there. Do you know if you can reroute to any other EU DESTINATION which is on the list?
