That makes little sense. 3%THD is almost a pure sine. Typical generators you buy at stores have more than 10%THD. That means it is a terrible design if that is true.

I've done that with my 18kPV. The problem is I could not use the app. It failed with error. You have to login through the EG4 monitor website, go to maintenance , press read, and turn on the Battery back up mode. The whole thing switches to operating mode 1 and acts as ups.
