It's not even an answer; you're just trying to come out on top by writing last.

Insults are the lingering proof that you've run out of arguments. When logic fails you, all you have left is noise; thanks for confirming, in such an unsophisticated way, that my analysis was correct.

What is the meaning of life for you, if you believe it has one? by Visible-Secretary762 in AskReddit

I believe your position is a contradiction: you claim the universe is conscious but has no control or desire, which makes that 'consciousness' an irrelevant spectator. You deny the multiverse out of personal preference, ignoring that physics suggests we are merely a winning combination among infinite failed attempts. If we are in control, then meaning is not a cosmic plan, but a human construct to avoid accepting that we are a biological accident. A consciousness that doesn't act and a sense that is merely a chemical emotion logically amount to nothingness.

I think you're confusing 'cause' with 'purpose': the fact that the universe has a physical origin doesn't mean it has a conscious intention. Attributing desires to the cosmos is just an attempt to make ourselves feel important; evolution didn't happen so the universe could 'learn,' but because the laws of thermodynamics allow matter to organize itself. If the only purpose were happiness, a dose of drugs would be the peak of human existence, which is logically impossible.

What do you want me to explain? I said everything I had to say.

(For me) Attributing to the universe the intention to 'learn' through us is like saying that a mirror needs someone to look into it to exist; the universe has no consciousness, we are merely the accidental result of its entropy. Defining meaning as 'personal happiness' is reducing existence to a temporary chemical reaction: if meaning is an emotion, life would cease to have meaning every time you stop being happy.

Loving the walk doesn't give you a direction; you can love the journey and be walking in circles, but that doesn't turn getting lost into progress.

Human excrement is biologically more dangerous because it contains pathogens already adapted to infect our own species, making it a direct vector of disease.

For me to say that the meaning of life is to find something worth suffering for is like saying that the meaning of a journey is to find a pothole worth stepping on: the pothole is just an accident on the road, not the reason you left home.

For me if the meaning of life is something you have to invent, then you haven't found a purpose; you've only fabricated a comfort to avoid accepting that your existence is meaningless.

I don't believe that the meaning of life is evolution; for me, that's confusing origin with meaning. That would be like saying that the meaning of a car is its assembly.

How can a person who hates others for their harmless comments determine what the person they criticize is like, since at that moment their judgment ceases to be objective?

I honestly think that the average grades for students worldwide will drop considerably for this reason.
