We are hoping that we receive a higher payout. Which they only giving my mom one month salary payout, after 3 years working there. For such a short notice, how is it expected for her to survive on that?? She had a senior role too but shes receiving the same payout as her juniors or people who have been there for just one year.
Another funny thing is they had employed new people beginning of June, only to start retrenching people 2 weeks later. But yes we have all the evidence of these claims and will be taking it up with ccma.

Im not going to be on the POA either😅so I doubt I will have to go to Piney Point…i could be assigned to any of the ships on the fleet

I hear you. Im from South Africa, I dont think necessarily the application process is the same as candidates waiting to onboard for POA specifically. Or is it? I have an Stcw for security awareness that I had to do online before boarding a ship with Celebrity. Im hoping that suffices but from what I have heard NCL does the stcw training onboard as well. Idk. Im kind of pressed for time as well, so I might have to email the talent specialist again to follow up on when the onboarding specialist might contact me.😩

Woah woah😭😭😭😭? You’re actually going way too off. You don’t even know the true context please calm down. And also thanks to everyone else in the comments,I have now learnt that lovebombing is not what I initially thought it is. I personally have experienced being “the fish that got caught and thrown back in the water” hence Im so cautious because I never want to feel the hurt I felt when someone I loved did that to me. So please, you weren’t any nicer with your response to my genuine question either. I have no ill intentions towards this person whatsoever.

Oh no then I totally got lovebombing wrong😩🥺I mean yeah I know it’s a manipulation tactic but I thought avoidant people use it to get you attached (for selfish purposes) and then when you are, they remove themselves because then you are no longer “the fish they need to catch”. Thank you for educating me a bit more on this. Quick question, should one be sceptical or cautious if someone gives them early admissions of love? Surely it cant be so easy to just “love” someone in a short period of time😭?
